Stall holder pricing covers the period 5:30pm Friday 23rd to 5:30pm Sunday 25th October 2026. The cost of a stall at the Dorrigo Folk and Bluegrass Festival ranges depending on stall size.

I understand that the Dorrigo Folk and Bluegrass Festival strives towards zero landfill and agree to support this mission
I understand that all packaging (plates, containers, cutlery, cups, bags etc) must be compostable. Should your stall be accepted we will need evidence of your compliance with this aspect.
I agree not to use single use plastic containers, cups, bags or straws.
Stall Construction

Public Liability Certificate of Currency
We will require a copy of your Public Liability Certificate of currency that is current for the Festival dates. This can be provided to us by the 31st of August 2025.
