2025 PERFORMER EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to apply to perform at the 23rd Dorrigo Folk and Bluegrass Festival.

If you skipped reading the guidelines on the website, please go back and read them through. They will help you to provide us with the best information.

The Festival runs for 3 days, commencing at 5pm Friday 24th October and ending at 5pm Sunday 26th October.

Please fill in all the following details with care, we will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible.

Fees quoted should be exclusive of GST and include all costs such as travel – ABN and GST status must be specified.

When quoting your fee, please take into consideration that the Festival is a not-for-profit event with a limited budget. All profit from the current year goes into next year’s festival.

Travel expenses are the responsibility of the performers

If you are selected to perform at 23rd Dorrigo Folk & Bluegrass Festival 2025 you will be required to sign a contract which will include our full terms & conditions.

Selected performers will need to hold a Public Liability Insurance certificate of currency that is current for the Festival dates.

The certificate must match the ABN/entity to cover all the members of the band or be in the name of each individual performer.

Note - Performers may only sell CDs and other merchandise at the Dorrigo Folk and Bluegrass Festival Merchandise stall which will be open during the Festival. We will actively promote your merchandise and also retain a 10% commission charge on sales to help us cover costs. All payments for Merchandise sold will be made within 2 weeks from the end of the Festival weekend.
